I don't specialize in diminished value appraisals, but I do end up doing a lot of them so you point is well taken. It reminds me of the sign at the repair shop that says "We specialize in all makes, domestic and foreign" It would be easier to say "we specialize in cars" because no cars from sources othe than foreign or domestic have managed to sneek in.....
